Just over an hour north of Geraldton or 40 minutes south of Kalbarri, Port Gregory is a charming fishing village surrounded by coral reefs and near the mouth of the Hutt River. Once established for WA’s first mining site, it’s now a favourite spot for fishing, diving, and picnics.

Nearby, Hutt Lagoon, famously known as the Pink Lake, stretches across 70 square kilometres. Its vibrant hues, caused by algae producing beta-carotene, make it a must-see natural wonder. Separated from the ocean by dunes, this stunning lagoon is a true highlight of the region.
